Sip to Save the Reefs: Coral Haze Returns with a Renewed Purpose

Tampa, FL (August 16, 2024) – Raise a glass to coral conservation! Coppertail Brewing is supporting The Florida Aquarium with the relaunch of Coral Haze, a beloved pale ale with a mission. The crisp and refreshing beer is now available on draft and in 4-pack cans at Coppertail Brewing in Tampa, with $1 from every 16-ounce pint, and $4 from every 4-pack of Coral Haze sold flowing directly to the Aquarium’s critical coral conservation efforts.

Coppertail Brewing and The Florida Aquarium first collaborated in 2018 to create Coral Haze, with a shared purpose of making a meaningful impact on marine conservation. Since its debut, Coral Haze has become more than a fan-favorite beer—it’s a catalyst for change. Combined with another limited run in 2020, beer sales have already generated more than $27K for The Florida Aquarium’s coral conservation program. These funds are crucial in advancing the Aquarium’s groundbreaking work in coral reproduction and restoration, directly addressing the global coral crisis and protecting threatened species.

In September, Coral Haze will expand its reach to select Bay Area retail stores, including Total Wine & More, ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, and Luekens Wine & Spirits.
