Day of Discovery
The Florida Aquarium, in partnership with the Center for Autism & Related Disabilities (C.A.R.D.) at the University of South Florida, is hosting a Day of Discovery from 5:30pm-7pm, on Saturday, July 29.
A Day of Discovery provides an Aquarium experience specifically tailored to individuals with sensory differences and their families. Special effects, lights and music will be adapted for those with sensory differences.
All habitats will be open for exploring, including touch habitats featuring moon jellies, stingrays, anemones and more! Please note: The Raptors! Birds of Prey show and MORPH’D gallery are NOT considered sensory friendly, but will be available to those who wish to enjoy.
